French Navy Marine Nationale Parachute watch Straps. This type of strap was originally handmade by the combat swimmers of the French Marine Nationale. The standard issue watches supplied to them came with the head only. Using their initiative they recovered the elastic straps from parachutes to sew them back on and adapt them to their watches.
