How Many mm is a Standard Watch Band?

A standard watch band would be between 18mm to 24mm, as the most common sizes for watch bands are 18mm, 20mm, 22mm and 24mm.This doesn’t mean that these sizes will fit your watch, though–watch strap sizes range from 8mm to 30mm, so it’s important to measure your watch’s lug (the distance between the two points where the strap attaches) to know which size watch band you should buy.
