All watch strap orders will be posted within one working day. This excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders made before 9am GMT on a weekday will be posted the same day.

For all orders within the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service aims to deliver within two working days. However, this is not guaranteed. On rare occasions orders can take longer. If your item does not arrive within five working days, please contact us and we will make enquiries and resolve the issue. 

Overseas orders will be dispatched within one working day. All orders are sent tracked by Royal Mail who have networks set up with local delivery companies. Delivery times will vary depending on the country.

Prices are shown inclusive of taxes, duties and VAT where applicable for the UK, US and EU. We use a DDP service which means all delivery duties have been paid.

For all other international destinations UK VAT has been removed. All import costs are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your what duties may be incurred prior to ordering.
