Service from wrist envy was excellent as always. Strap will need to to be broken in and a bit getting used to. The deployment scissor/ swing arm could do with being a little larger as the strap is quite tight to get over the hand

Nice strap and much more affordable than an Artem. It isn't real sailcloth - embossed rubber but that is pretty standard these days and real sailcloth is often quite tough to break in. Colour, embossing, underside and stitching are very good but the first loop was added right where the padding begins so it doesn't fasten quite as well. I've got smallish wrists but shouldn't be a problem for most people.

I recently bought this strap for my new Christopher Ward Trident Pro as an alternative to the bracelet. Great strap, comfortable and the folding deployment clasp works well. Until I noticed it was tearing the leather under part of the strap. This is due to the hole pin being shorter that the thickness of the multilayered strap and results in the 4* review. I didn’t notice this until the watch felt looser on my wrist. I have swapped the clasp for another one (longer pin) and moved it to a leather strap. If you wear your watch strap loose it shouldn't be an issue.
Bought three of these straps and all were promptly sent and quality is excellent for the price. I'd recently bought a premium sailcloth strap from a different and well respected manufacturer at twice the price, and with the exception of a slightly different buckle all four straps were identical, and presumably made in the same factory to the same specs. I'd therefore have no hesitation recommending Wrist Envy.
